This is just a thought......

We all understand that feeling don't we? You just need a break from the forum, it's all getting too much, & you've got a lot going on in your life right now - but you don't want to make a big thing about it & have to explain why or give reasons.

Deleting your account seems so final (& leaves some of us worrying) - so instead how about just dropping by here & say you are having a break. No need to give any reason or explanation.

You can then pop back if you feel like it, however long that maybe.

Like I say it's just a thought.

Yes. I think that is a good idea.  If this thread had been here last Friday, I would have certainly posted on it last week, saying that I felt very isolated in my guttedness.  (I now realise I'm not isolated.)  It's been a hassle, re-joining the forum and not a little embarrassing !    (Anyone know how to go about getting the Personal Messaging facility back?)

I missed that you'd gone Dulciana as I was away, but glad you're back - I would have missed you!

Also I don't think anyone need explain if they decide to go and how, and why they stop posting or just delete their account - it's just a forum after all! Of course everyone will always wonder about regular posters if they disappear, as well as those who join for a bit and then leave. Sometimes we will never know....
