Whilst in New York, hubby tells me I'm really tetchy these days! Well I'll admit to being short-tempered on occasion. So looked up the  full definition.  Today I asked himself, which parts of the definition fitted me.  He read it & burst out laughing. Just as well I know his cheeky personality! I ended up smiling & threatened to whack him one! He told me I can't  win!

I had heat stroke! We went to get cash out of ATM, but hubby insisted on giving verbal instructions to withdraw the money. I barked that I may be 60 but not thick, I can read!!!  I was feeling pretty rubbish & I said I was entitled to lose it!

I recognise myself at times in a lot of those synonyms, maybe I should start wearing purple......😁
Sometimes though I think the comments our other halves make to us don't help and I'm sure if my husband had started giving instructions I too would have barked back. We're not losing our marbles, it just looks like it to those around us I suppose.

He said he thought he was being helpful. What would have been helpful was him taking his own bank card & withdrawing money. He always relies on me for that as he can never remember his PIN. I nearly said that, but decided to stay schtum.
