Hi,
 I currently use one and a half pumps of oestrogel daily, each pump delivers 0.75 mcg estradiol.
Is this considered a low dose?
I find it confusing looking at and reading different dosages that people are using. Patches etc 40 mg and 25 mg? How do they compare?
I also have the estring which apparently delivers 7.5 mcg/24 hours, is this a lot higher than vagifem?
I want to be on the lowest dose to suit my needs, my regime ( along with mirena coil) is working well, but I'm concerned if I rely on high strength (particularly the estring) that I'll no where to go with it later, should things deteriorate any further in that department in years to come.

I can't answer all the questions , but I use the Estring and was also concerned where else , however my theory is perhaps the Estring will get to work better to heal everything etc and then I may be able to use vagifem , however if we need it we need it and it's quality of life now as no one knows what the future holds.
