Weeing after vaginal insertion of utro
« on: May 21, 2016, 12:31:02 AM »

No matter how careful i am not to drink too much

water, i get thirsty and always need a wee 1-3 hrs after insertion of my utro.

I squat down to insert my utro, and i push it up so that it goes "around the corner" if you know what I mean, so that the vaginal tube sucks up the utro.

I'd wait till morning to pee,but I cant I get a lot of uti's so I have to pee when i pee, and I use raw ACV for uti's cos it works a treat.

Anyway, vaginal insertion of utro and peeing 1-3hrs, is this ok, if the utro is far enough in the vagina that it wont be 'peed-out into the  toilet' ?
I used to orally dose, but I had too many midnight snacks afterwards and before, couldnt go without food for four hours, I eat little and often, cant eat loads at once.

Thanks

Your pee comes out of your urethra, not your vagina. So pee whenever you need to.

I think we get the gist Dana!

Needing to pee more is just a side effect of progesterone Dandelion.  I always have to get up an extra time per night when I'm on Utro, its just one of those things.  I've never had a capsule fall out - I reckon it dissolves pretty quickly with the heat of your body and the progesterone has probably been absorbed before you get out to go to the loo.

Honestly I wouldn't worry about it - I've used Utro vaginally for nearly 5 years now and never had a problem having a bleed so it must be working well.
Thank you Stellajane and Dana for your reassurance, it means a lot to me.
I put my utro on my pillow so that I can remember it.
