Estroil cream

Hi! I used this cream for the first time last night!!!
Felt very strange today, when I woke up my legs really ache, and they have been like it all day.... I also feel like I need a wee all the time, even after I have just been, 10mins later feel like I need to go again! has anyone else felt like this!!! does it get better the more you use it?

yes and yes.  When I started on Vagifem I reacted like you describe but I persevered and after 3 weeks the difference was amazing as the tissues absorbed the oestrogen.  that was 5 years ago and I still use it.  Occasionally I have to reload every night for a week or two if symptoms start coming back but then it is ok again  :)

As I've just said on another thread I get increased frequency of weeing day and night when I use anything vaginally - be it oestrogen pessaries, or vaginal utrogestan. Hopefully it will settle in your case? Not sure about the aching legs - I can't see why it should have this effect  :-\. But yes - it can only get better - your tissues (vag!) will thank you for their de-luxe treatment and hopefully you will be more comfortable soon!

just finished my first tube and all was great for me, no problems at all and rid all my 'issues' I was having.  Second tube starts tomorrow :)

maybe speak to GP or practice nurse?
