Did your GP test for anaemia?

I have a nerve in the back of my neck which makes me feel woozy if I turn suddenly.

Yes Dictor has done blood tests. All normal which is good but no reason for the dizziness.

Have you had migraines before or pre-menstrual ones? These make me feel light-headed dizzy. Also if you've just had a period after a while without then your progesterone levels would have dropped and the withdrawal can cause a migraine - also the physiological changes can lead to light-headedness due to changes in blood sugar. Maybe you never experienced this just before a period in the past but I used to especially just before I got to peri-menopause. If you've been checked out then great there is nothing to worry about but is alarming all the same. I reguarly get feelings like this but have never got them checked out - I put mine down to migraine (if I've got a mild one or it's just finishing) or low blood pressure. The power of hormones......

Often felt light headed before I started hrt, so assume it's a sign of low estrogen?
