I have no idea what my own oestrogen levels are at the moment. I have no idea if they're low or high?

I comply identify with you needing to be with someone all the time. When I am 'bad' then I'm exactly the same, have to be with someone all the time. I guess it's just anxiety?

I see Annie Evans 3 weeks tomorrow, so will see what she recommends. I think I am just basically very progesterone intolerant which is why I have always had PMS, and then had PND.

Is there a way to ask your GP for blood tests prior to going to Dr. Annie? These are best to be taken on Day 3-5 of menstrual cycle. Even though you are on HRT now, they can indicate how you are doing. If I were you, I would ask to be tested for E, progesterone, testosterone, FSH and LH. ?

I did have bloods done at the Meno Clinic just before Xmas, but they won't tell me the results over the phone and have't bothered sending them on to my GP yet.
