Been reading your posts and really sympathise with the massive stress you are under. As everyone else has said it's probably just a precaution. Be assured though that even if it is elevated it does not mean cancer. Infact it's not a very reliable test for cancer - I went through years of elevated ca125 yet it was all down to fibroids and endometriosis, both of which can also cause the type of pain you are describing.
When you are under so much stress as are, everything becomes too much. The bucket analogy helps me - imagine her like a bucket of water, it's full to the top, the tiniest extra drop of water into the bucket makes its overflow. When the bucket empties a bit, it can cope with the extra water. I know what I'm like - I feel I can't cope with anything when my bucket is full.
It's hard not to worry but please try - what about meditation, would that help ?
