I don't have the option as the camper van is in the garage for 2 days  , hence the Hotel stay.  I started packing today, snack bars 'in'!

Off to Yorkshire on Monday.  Staying in a Hotel for a change whilst repairs are carried out on the camper.  Then the next week we have a big antique fair to attend which means staying over-night on a camp site.  Anxiety up and down   

Although I can see that it is good to challenge ourselves I do wonder whether it is worth putting yourself through such anxiety each time?

Oh Taz the number of Psychologists that told me to 'push through the feelings' ……. but they had never been overwhelmed by anxiety nor felt complete and utter despair  .  I have the emergency med. and maybe it's better to be anxious B4 travelling …… hopefully by Monday morning those feelings will have gone.

It's being in a forced situation next week, i.e. the camper has to be repaired at the Conversion Company as part of it's under Warrenty  .

I do understand that totally - I have similar feelings but I just wondered whether it would be better for you to stay at home and let Himself take the camper or would that make you even more anxious?

Yep, I would then worry about him being on the road without my guidance  - I'm the Biggest Back Seat Driver in the World.  Sometimes necessary ……… which begs the other question, when do we seek help about our driving skills?  There was a serious accident locally and all involved were over 65 …… the eldest who died, 82. 

When I have a good day, where ever I am, it's a real Bonus

I can't believe it.  Been to Yorkshire and back without one iota of anxiety.  I will pay for this anxiety free few days  .  Soon find out as away again on Friday.  Ate in a crowded Hotel as well as being out and about.  Now if I could bottle what ever it was
