I find this very interesting as I am on an oestrogen only 75mcg patch I was on 50 but flushes were bad at night, what I find is that the 75mcg patch helps with flushes and aches and pains but seems to make my anxiety worse where as the 50mcg patch doesn't help with flushes but have less anxiety. Its a pain trying to find a balance but I am really starting to believe HRT does nothing at all for anxiety.
