I'm in peri menopause at the moment and finding that my symptoms are changing from day to day , I'm trying to address them as they come along but I'm struggling with insomnia at the moment

I can go to sleep no problem but I'm in the wide awake club several times a night as a result of the lack of sleep I'm feeling extremely tired during the day ,I've heard that magnesium is good for insomnia i.e. Helping to calm you down ready for a good nights sleep ,I'd appreciate any help you can offer ladies ,thanks xx
