Can i suggest the forum moves on. Lets all respect each others views if someone says something hasnt worked for them accept it as long as they do not ridicule others for trying whatever option it is ie natural or HRT. Otherwise we are going around in circles

Hello Lancashirelass.
Well I've just read it if that helps lol. I wasn't involved in all the ahem, discussions but I take your point and I'm sure other ladies will too.
Best wishes.

Aha - another member showed me when I asked the same question!
If you look above the first line of smileys there are lots of icons like you have in any software progamme. The second row down you can see a moving "M". You just highlight the text or smileys you want to move, click on the "M" button and away it goes. You can preview your creation before pressing the button.
Have fun

Don't worry HRTRocks, it was something which happened before you joined. It was upsetting at the time for some, but we are moving on to help you & other newbies through this time in our lives.
