Bone ache side affect from HRT
« on: November 12, 2015, 01:05:00 PM »

Hi everyone
This is my first time on this site and I would welcome some advice.
I have been going through menopause for a few years now, putting up with all sorts of symptoms and decided to try HRT.
I no longer have periods and haven't done for quite some time, so am receiving doctors recommendations for the appropriate HRT.
I have tried 3 different types - one was incorrectly prescribed by a doctor and should have been for someone who was still bleeding.
But I have now tried two different types Premique and now Femoston-Conti 1mg/5mg - but for both of these types I seem to get a side effect of aching bones, its not a muscle ache, more a bone ache and is mainly in my legs.  I presume its about finding the right mix of tablet, but just wondered if anyone else has been through this or can offer any advice?

thanks in advance for any thoughts or feedback

 :welcomemm:

I think that some ladies have aching bones/joints on some HRT and I'm sure they will be along with advice!
