It seems a tad expensive but its supposed to be good for dryness off mucus membranes.

I think I read recently on an menopause mag that these are good for dry eyes, I think it was omega 7 my eyes are so bad some days I just want to close them for 20mins just to get some relief x

My eyes itch and feel dry a lot.  Blackthron = sloe?

Buckthorn is grown near the coast and has orange berries?

Sloes grow on Blackthorn, otherwise Sloe Gin would have done 

I have dry eyes - haven't been able to wear contacts for years.  My mouth is drier too.

How often does one need to swallow this Omega7?

Daily.  Sadly, this works out to be 25p per day on the H&B website.  Of course, if you know it works, it would be worth it, but I suspect I will just have to buy a big packet and decide for myself.

I still have half a jar of acidophilus and two vitD sprays (3 for 2 offer - don't work for me) and B6 and magnesium (seem ok - will probably use all of them.)

I have been on a trial for this for three months so a free supply they are wanting to put the results in a medical paper. My itchy sore eyes have gone my skin is good and I think possibly it's helping the nether regions. I will stay on it once the trial has finished. It's two pills a day twice a day for a month and then one pill twice a day thereafter so not cheap no.

I 'think' I was doing well on it, then changed to a cheaper brand - bad move.  Just about to order the more expensive one (again) to see how it goes, good reviews on Amazon for meno ladies.

I used it for dry eye problems which it did seem to benefit - the eyes certainly became less dry and sore and I hadn't changed anything else, so assume it was the sea buckthorn helping.  Not sure whether or not it had any effect on the vaginal area, but certainly not enough as I have to use Ovestin cream now.

Have very dry skin on hands and feet and hoped it might help that a bit, certainly stopped the dry eyes and the other areas down below are very moist , however it hasnt helped the dry skin, the omega is supposed to be good for you too but cant recall why,

I think I'm going to buy some, can anyone tell me which ones are the best, I know it's going to be the expensive ones but I'm will to pay but what make are they strength  etc and where is it best to get them from. Has anyone had side effects?

I think Pharma Nord are the best ones.  Shop around though, my local health shop was the cheapest they had them 'on offer' at £18.99 for 90.  £17.06 for 60 on Amazon.  I tried Natures Aid which are cheaper but they did nothing.

No side effects and at the moment I am taking 2 a day of the Pharma Nord and 2 of the Natures Aid to use them up.
