3am alarm clock and im wiiiiiide awake!

 >:( ive had my shift accomodated for the last eight weeks, to get into a proper sleep routine! Its not worked  :cuss: fortunately my boss has also given me wednesday off to recover!

But on the plus side, ive found this forum! And you ladies have some fab support and advice  :clapping:

I seem to wake every morning at 1am and never seem to sleep after that........ >:(
