uummm - ironing  …… anything that needs ironing can go under the mattress - as long as you can remember where the item is the next time you want to wear it

Irritating cough - still.  OK in the morning, worse by mid-afternoon, doesn't keep me awake.  Have cups of dilute Karvol everywhere  - must hunt out the high dose Magnesium tablets.

If you all ate the same thing and you all ate out then it's food poisoning.....in that case report the restaurant. It's important....really it is.

Otherwise it's a bug.

Either way I hope you feel better really soon.

Likewise - report to Trading Standards or your local Council Offices - did the place have a food rating on the door?  I don't believe that works either

In the early hours I woke, swallowing a lot.  Clearing my throat.  Feels like something is stuck  .  It's after the 2 colds Germs we had - now 4 weeks since it went, but still throat clearing during the day.   Convinced last night that I have a tumour in my throat  but will wait until the New Year B4 going to the GP.

  - my throat feels 'full' to day  …….. I put some magnesium ? Salts into a glass last night to get the fumes across the bed, can't buy Karvol any more  so am reluctant to use any until absolutely necessary.

Hi sparky, my IBS was stable until I went onto Citalopram 5 weeks ago.  Since then it has woken up and has been playing silly tricks on me

BJ, I sympathise. I started a BCP a month ago and have had terrible cramps, bloating and constipation ever since. It's been waking me up at night. Saw doc last week who advised stopping the BCP .... and it has got miles worse. No withdrawl bleed really, just a ballooning stomach. Of course, now I'm starting to google 'bowel cancer'. Aghhhh. Why do I do it to myself?
