For some reason I can't stomach red wine anymore. I've become really fussy about its taste , temperature, quality, etc. and then after only a large glass I will be awake in the early hours, paranoid and anxious. It seems to greatly exacerbate my hot sweats.
I tried port last night instead but woke at 5, sweaty, anxious, with funny hratburn feeling in chest and tummy rumbling away. Full on panic attack.
I really miss that relaxing glass of wine feeling!! Any suggestions??!
