Wondering if anyone has tried aloe vera juice as I have heard so many good reviews.
I am on hrt patch, wondering if there would be any side effect taking along with hrt?

What are you wanting to take Aloe Vera juice for? I have read that it's a laxative so may affect other the absorption of other oral meds you might be taking. I'm sure would be OK with patch though? i know the actual plant itself used externally is supposed to have healing properties but I think there are possible long-term toxicity concerns about drinking it.
