I'll do the washing up - gone are the days when I took medical notes in shorthand

My symptoms have been:
In the 1990s (37-ish) sudden feelings of going to be sick - when out shopping I knew where every waste bin/loo was situated

. I once had to ask in a Chemist where the loo was as I was absolutely certain

panic would then set in
I was advised by NAPS to eat every 3 hours 24/7 to stop that blood sugar problem which cause the nausea: I carried snacks and Dextrose tablets everywhere as well as thick carrier bags
Followed by periods becoming irregularly with months between each sometimes …… then they stopped

After a few months of them stopping I began with what I called my 'evening glow' - my whole back would become wet but it was after I had taken my ADs and BBs. This lasted for a while. Because I was already taking the latter I think possible symptoms were eased. I know that I've been lucky.
In March this year my belly dropped - lack of oestrogen probably. Not put on any weight but now have a 'spare tyre'
