It can take a while to "sort" Angel so don't get despondent. The first thing to change - often within forty eight hours - are the hot flushes/sweats but other things can take up to three months. Do you know what wakes you up?

I was about at 2.30 ish on here but I couldn't find anyone. I think I went to bed around 3.15 having taken my melatonin. Must start taking it regularly again. When I am badly depressed sleep alludes me totally and then when I do sleep I cant wake up.
All my other symptoms have gone thanks to my hrt but I am struggling with depression and lack of motivation - that doesnt seem to be shifting at all.

Sorry nobody was around Ladybt. I was awake until around 1.45 - getting later and later - but then had to sleep as up at 6.30 for work.

I'm still up...again. Commenting on Brexit in the Daily Mail comments page - very controversial I know but government, politics economics and law are things which interest me and have done since I was at school - they were the subjects I was really good at.

Up here, late night where I'm at. Had a fun night out with the family but it was a busy place. Always takes me awhile to calm after being in large crowds. Hoping to be able to sleep soon, could use a really good rest!

I'm still up!
Watching a film, but keep getting chest pains/tingly feelings in centre chest
and they're starting to freak me out!
It's starting my anxiety off, and I'm trying to stay calm.
I've had them for a couple days, coming and going. No cough or anything.
I wonder if it's anything to do with dropping down my hrt?
I'm off to bed now, just hope I can sleep.

and in answer to the question jillydoll…. it is 2 mins past 1 and I'm up but my body clock has shifted big time since September. I now rarely go to sleep before 3 am no matter how hard I try and am never awake before 10 am now which is a pain the behind. It seems even my does of melatonin are letting me down. Ho Hum...is anybody there???

Went to bed at 9am as exhausted woke at 2.30 with a banging headache? backache and coughing so got up and took paracetamol watched a bit of mindless telly I've just taken my antibiotic starting to feel tired now so I'm going to head back to bed and hopefully get some sleep.
Night night to anyone still up.

Not still up but got up at 4 as I had been awake for about an hour and given up getting back to sleep.
I've had tea and toast and watched some mindless tv starting to feel tired now so I'm back to bed again now.
Night night
