Terrible night. First time I've woken up with anything other than a bit of sweat. Hot hot hot!!!! Thought period had arrived yesterday but it was a pathetic excuse and after four good days with full nights sleep last night was rubbish. Probably not helped by the huge arguement Tuesday with hubby who went into his usual silent sulky mode and is still there. Really struggling to see an end to this rollercoaster 😯😯

Anxiety sky high, plus very low and weepy for several days, fuzzy head, terrified depression is returning 😢

Me tonight! Been a wildly busy few days and my brain is going like the clappers. Body is tired, brain isn't.
I'm going to do a couple of rounds of online solitaire, that's as good as counting sheep!
Night night all x

Me. Just listening to the reports coming in about the Manchester Arena explosion and feeling so sorry for those involved.

This time last week I was just coming out of a London gig and I must admit that at one point it did flit through my mind as to what I would do if there was an incident.
