Hope the sleeping pill helped PN. I managed to get to sleep eventually, then DH left me until lunchtime
Feeling better now, but not sure it'll help at bedtime.

Yes it did help me thanks. But I have taken 3 nights running, so tonight will be rough. They are definitely addictive
Pleased you had a good lie in....
Probably see you later then

I'm still up. I've been watching a programme about how we are formed really early on in the womb. Very interesting how it all works - or doesn't work. First of three programmes I think.
Off to bed soon.

Sorry to hear that getting_old. My usual bedtime is around 12.30ish so I wasn't sleepless as such - just not ready for bed yet. Sorry you couldn't sleep.

changes can be scary, even when we want them

I put that into the 'where have TV programmes gone' Taz
- found it interesting, when's the next episode?
Purplenanny - 3 nights isn't addictive
……. it's when a person needs them week after week and has to increase the dosage in order to get to sleep. Try taking them on alternative nights? and stop worrying if you don't sleep on the others!

I'm here! Just back from the pub. Now to make my sandwiches for tomorrow and feed the cats and make the wild birds breakfast.

Be careful not to give the birds your sandwich and put the seed in your lunchbox!
Well you have been down the pub
Thanks CLKD, good idea.
Night all

I've just read that Linsey - so sorry that you are having to wait after being all psyched up for it. It's such a big thing to have done and then to have it cancelled - well - I just can't imagine how you are feeling. No wonder you can't sleep!!
