My word - what did I start?????

I would live to give everyone an observation that me and the Hubster have found. if you "fake" being positive long enough it seems to stick and become a habit. Makes me feel better about things anyway.

Thanks LellyM, are you LesleyM now? that is what struck me after your original comment and why I started the thread.  I thought maybe we could fool our negativity into being more positive and so help us to feel a bit better.  Best wishes to you and your hubster  :)

Last week I took the plunge and bought a Kegel8 for stress incontinence. I'm fed up leaking when I sneeze >:(
Been using it every day.

I sneezed last night, forgot to 'brace myself', and no leaks! Woohoo!

Todays positive - Sat in the sun paintbrush in hand turning my garden wall mushroom colour! No spotting or cramps since stopping the vagifem and no replay of the two weeks anxiety horror 😊😊😊😊 youngest son off to Ireland in two weeks then Asia in the new year and eldest coming back for Xmas then back to Oz for another year and it didn't even phase me!!!! Yes I'll miss them but what fab boys I brought up!!! Even when I feel yuk I try to be positive and it does help Lellym 😉

Christmas isn't that bad, really it isn't. (keep repeating to myself and I will start to believe it instead of fretting about it).

Go with the flow, just let it all happen, no need to get stressed.  It will be lovely to see all the family, I don't have to wear myself out or do everything.

Honestly, Christmas will be all right, truly it will  :)

Ok it's September and the C word is about a hundred days away so how about stressing maybe two weeks away.
It's as hard as we make it.
I'm afraid I do what I want to these days and it was not popular in my family to start with. They thought because I was a chef for years that my idea of a good time was to cook some more.....well I did for years and then got so fed up that I said no more.

So now we have the Xmas I want....yes me...as I was the one that did all the work.

So ladies .....in the nicest way....if you don't like what's coming up....then change it. I did and although difficult for the first year its
fine now.
Oh , and I don't do New Year catering either, I did it for years and for ever increasing numbers....but no more...I'm too old and it's my festive season too.

Get what you want sorted out and just go for it.
