  Hi Ladies, I have stopped Kliofem for the past 2 months after taking it for about 3 years... the stop came due to stress via work and home and forgetting to take it for 3 days. I then - foolishly - thought I did not need it anymore... how wrong I was!!  symptoms have come back with a vengeance... getting about 4 hours sleep a night, major sweats, tired during the day, poor concentration. Anyway - is it ok for me to just start taking Kliofem again or do I need to visit GP to discuss? thought I would seek advice from here before I suffered GP visit. many thanks.

I would think that it is ok for you to just start taking it again as you didn't have a medical reason to stop. Around two months is the time it takes for my symptoms to come back whenever I stop.
