Hi Micky - have you got something specific that you want to improve? Do you feel the hysterectomy has depleted some vitamins?

One tablet for all is difficult as you don't necessarily get the right levels of what you need and you can't increase one vitamin without going over the limits for others.

I take a number of supplements  currently - some probably not so relevant here though I'd recommend a good anti oxidant and a pro biotic - but make sure they're bought from reputable stores. Supermarkets tend to focus on price at the expense of quality (far too many bulking agents, stearates and even aspartame used), and cheap online supplements can be poor quality.  I recommend Nature's Own and Nature's Best as good sources.

The supplements recommended would depend on your diet as well as individual situation. A good resource for information is www.Mercola.com
