Cut the celeriac up into slightly smaller pieces than the potatoes to make sure it all cooks at the same time.

I have tried very hard to like it at least three times but have given up now.
The first time I got it it was delivered in an organic veg box and I had not got a clue what to do with it
Now we have to wait until after dinner to see what kerrieann thinks of it.

ok so i cooked it mashed it with a little butter, cant say i didnt like it but dont think i will bother again, OH says it stunk the house out
and he didnt like it, think its more the texture than the taste that we didnt like, it was quite fibrous and when we have any veg mashed we like it really smooth and creamy and it wasnt, oh well at least we tried it

Well done Kerrieann, at least you tried, the texture is a bit weird unless it's masked with sufficient potato.
Did you have it with anything or was it just by itself?
Just thought on a bit - You'll have cheered Honeybun up with your verdict!
