Am I just being a worry wart?

Since being on HRT my periods have been much heavier but this morning  :o I stood up from the toilet to reach for something and a clot just fell out and plopped on the floor!! It wasn't too big around the size of a 10p I suppose, is this normal and am I worrying about nothing?? My periods before were always very light so all this is a bit alien for me  :-\ I've been really really tired for the last week also  :-\

Yeah I know CLKD  slightest little thing lately ::)
Always been regular but then always been on the pill until a year ago when I started the HRT, I missed my progesterone part this month but have started a bleed anyway  :neutral:
