As some of you who have read my posts know, the last couple of weeks have been really hard... bleeding for 2 weeks, then visiting the gyno for the smear and since then the bleeding got heavy and yesterday evening was the first time there was no blood and low and behold I start ovulating again! my breasts 
have been incredibly sore for over a week with no let up in sight at all. I feel like my body is totally out of control. Now I'm thinking dark thoughts again, as the post is back to normal tomorrow and I'm worrying about getting this smear result or a phone call from them... sorry I feel totally irrational at the moment. On top of this, I feel like a big fat thing with no energy, when will I ever be normal?
All I can offer is hugs.
Sometimes I feel deadly depressed and anxious and angry.
I am on a waiting list to see a psychiatrist for ADHD, which is mixed in with my meno problems
Good luck with the smear, they made me have one before hrt, because I am really bad at not getting smears, wait 8yrs, bad me.
I hope your smear is ok, the majority of smear tests come back normal, it's just a horrible experience having a spatula thing shoved up your chuff, ahahhah
I haven't been reading your posts, because i come on here for short bursts, cos this whole menopause thing pi$$es me off, but I am lucky and I do think of the women who have to contend with gynae issues when meno hits.
