I think it's sensible to start low with the oestrogen especially when still peri meno but your doctor may up the dose a bit as 25mg is very low. Make sure you practise any CBT things you usually use - I have found Mindful Meditation very helpful as it keeps you in the 'here and now' which is very important - worrying about what 'might' happen in the future is counter productive - only plan what you really, really need to.  DG x
