Hey ladies,

Has anyone had sore boobs on estrogel? I have been on one pump alongside my 100 Evorel patch for 1 month and in the last 2 weeks my boobs have been really sore, heavy and have grown (one more than the other!😳) I did wonder if it was to much E but I still have loads of too little E symptoms so I have no idea what's going on. When I was on just the patch I didn't get sore/bigger boobs!

You're maybe a stronger dose. Oestrogen did that to me. GP told me to take around 250mg of GLA daily. It is found in high doses in starflower oil capsules. After a month or so no pain & I was eventually able to stop taking the starflower capsules.
