I'm not sure what would happen with sub-lingual (under the tongue) delivery with an HRT pill designed for oral use?? If it did manage to absorb in this way I would imagine that you would get a much higher dose into the blood stream .
I don't know anything about this but I thought sub-lingual oestrogen was designed for this purpose and at a different dose? I don't know if it's available in UK anyway?
Would be interested to know what others find out as I can imagine this is a good way of taking it (because of the liver by-pass) and wonder why it is not generally available if so?
