No its low dose mirtazapine,I had chronic insomnia and horrendous anxiety,palps,etc.within 2 days they went so after 6 weeks of no appetite due to anxiety and literally not being able to move or function I could do day to day activities again .Now sleep much better too get 8hours usually.I was adamant about not taking ADs but Im so glad now I did I was so desperate I would have tried anything !

I was the same as Dazned the last couple of years I have tried every type of HRT in the menu above. I was desperate and adament no A.D.s . The desperation has led me to take citalopram and within four days symptoms were gone wished I had done it in the beginning.

I'm thinking of upping my beta blockers and asking doc.
I took my BP the other day and it was high 136/92, but I had been waiting in a queue.
I have started taking 50mg 5htp. I did start on 100mg but it gave me insomnia.
I can feel the rush when I am anxious and my dad was on BP pills and died of an aortic anyeurism.
I dont wanna go the same way.
