sandrena how long to.come out of system

Does anyone know how long one sachet of sandrena would stay in my system for?  I have a blood test tues am to see if my levels stable on implant and i feel terrible.

The Summary of Product Characteristics for Sandrena do not give this info but says it follows the same as for natural oestrogens. For Estrogel it says this:

"When treatment is stopped, estradiol and urinary conjugated estradiol concentrations return to baseline in about 76 hours".

That's not to say the effect of the oestrogen disappear after 76 hours - but it refers the systemic levels ie in the bloodstream.
