Can anybody help I am not sure if I'm having hot flushes or panic attacks, tonight just keep coming over a bit strange, heart races and slight tinging but get really hot and then it goes off again, I did have panic attacks earlier in the year and on selterine for it and also started fen seven serti patches 3 weeks ago, could it be the patches? Would be really grateful for any advice

I'll be interested to hear what people say vjh, but because although I can't answer your question I have the same. My panic attacks feel enough like hot flashes and vice versa. Sometimes I think the hot flash ( and the accompanying weird sensations and heart weirdness) triggers panic attacks in me.

I think it's a combination of adrenaline before the 'hot flush' = panic symptoms. Within 'normal' limits but quite a shock until 1 gets used to the suddenness of them

I get this too very hot and then panicky
