Could be due to laxity of muscles plus tension  ::)  -  do you need to take pain relief?

Is it because HRT is low level one ?

Oh now that's an awkward query as I don't take HRT - perhaps someone will be along with an answer  ::)

Hi amandajane i get very very uncomfortable pain particularly on my left side, its a burning tugging pulling feeling almost feels like my womb is being pulled away from the sides, it hurts in my womb also but because its tilted i suspect thats why i have all that horrible discomfort in my lower back .it  is definitley more pronounced in the middle of my cycle when i assume im ovulating and the run up to my period.it gets worse when im sitting around aswell.. Its hard to get comfy..oh and often very tight bloating tends to go with it too..dont know if this sounds similar? x

I had this last night on my left hand side at the back above my hip bone, had to take paracetamol to sleep. Looking at my cycle I would probably be ovulating so maybe theres a link. I just know its not pleasant, along with many other symptoms  ::)

Jedigirl. I keep very careful track of symptoms according to stage of cycle. I find it helps me cope when I know when to exoect things.
I just ovulated and today back/ neck pain are on the upswing. Yay :(
