They did for me.  The last 18 month/2 years I had  periods from hell.  Not in the sense I'd have heavy or painful periods but I would  be hit by crushing fatigue almost to the point of fainting.

I also had really bad night sweats in the week before a period. :hotflash:
Mood swings were also at their worst then. :diablo:

Must admit that since my last period the symptoms are about 80% better. :)

Certainly I've had different symptoms arrive but nothing that hasn't been treatable.  >phew<  ::) but the degrees of suffering varies from lady to lady …….

Anything worrying you in particular?

Troublesome then!  A drop in oestrogen can cause laxity of muscles so various aches and pains occur.  If you have tension in the neck it can trigger headaches.  As can hormones ……… did you have headaches previously?

If I move my head suddenly I get a kind of dizzy feeling ………. it's gone as soon as it arrives.

Have you spoken to your Dr about these symptoms?

Everyone seems different.  For myself at present aged 60 many symptoms are no different.  Flushes and sweating still very bothersome.  Poor sleep, anxiety, dry skin and lately itchy skin.  Morning nausea and tiredness. I surmise hormone levels may be lowering.  Sorry not to be more positive.  Some women seem to have an easier time than others.  I wish that I could say I was through this.  I guess there are others in the same boat.
