hi to you all as you probaly know by now ive been living in spain for 2 and half years started perimenopauce a year ago im 53 next month i have been feeling awful usual symptoms went to se a english doctor last may she put me on perifem hrt the problem is here in spain they dont perscribe many hrt like the uk they dont really believe in hrt i dont feel much better on perifem so i am thinking of going back to uk to se my doctor so i might have a wider choice of hrt it wont be easy because im suffering anxiety and i worry about everything i would welcome what all of you think should i go back and se my doctor in the uk thanks xx

If you are really struggling, I'd say come back and see a specialist in the UK. However, will you be able to get whichever HRT they prescribe back in Spain?
If not, it's a pointless exercise.

If you do decide to see your GP in the UK & get HRT, how will you get further supplies? Will you have to keep popping back each time?

Bit of a problem for you. I'm sure there must be many women in Spain suffering unnecessarily if there are few choices.
