Low Blood Pressure

Can menopause actually cause your blood pressure to lower?  Mine has always been on the high side but over this weekend have noticed at times it is 119/68.

Not sure about that. It depends on the time of day and if your more relaxed as well. Have you changed your diet or doing more excercise ? Good that's it's down. Do you yake meds for it?

Mine has always been perfect, I'm told, but has been low recently.

Actually, I've just remembered the a&e staff commenting that it started to go back up once I was properly hydrated and had eaten - are you drinking less, perhaps?

I have actually been dieting this week, but still very overweight.  Maybe that has helped a bit, also it's the weekend so not stressed at work.
