Hi I can so relate to this too, I really cant be bothered to move both after work and weekends, even though all in all ive been ok off hrt, I still wake up each morning thinking am I going to get anxiety today its horrible, it does stop you doing so much, sending hugs blinking menopause! xx

I know....wrong thread....but dogs have selective hearing. My dog gets her.....who me....expression. Hubby says its all part of her charm....for me....it drives me nuts  ;D

I have found it is easier to remain at home, preferring to work in our garden  ::).  DH and I go out and about together but don't like to make arrangements to meet with people, even friends.
