It's like daily torture isn't it. I am trying hormones. You are the only other person who mentioned the worms over the eyes feeling gross hey. I was in and out of er like a yoyo. They kept saying I was too young at 40. Good luck in finding relief. I have started an anti depressant but it does not really help although it does for some. Hang in there hugs

I've had a very similar experience - thrown from one consultant to another, numerous MRIs, horrible tests. Told it couldn't be low estrogen as 'I am too young (40 at the time) and don't have hot flushes'. Spent last two years simply existing. Wasn't until a switched on neurologist suggested an estrogen test that I got any form of answer. HRT initially made no obvious difference, but three months on and I am beginning to feel more like the me I once knew. Really hope you too get some relief xx
Ps I have the worms, but they prefer my shoulder blade and chin to my eye

Briony thank goodness for that neurologist. So many of our symptoms seem to be neurological in nature. Lucky my blood tests finally showed meno or they were sending me to a neurologist.

Hi Amanda Jane welcome yes it's horrible it's anxiety the worst with me, I have tried numerous hrt preparations not always sticking to them long enough it as hated side effects, but lots of ladies have found hrt or anti depressants help depending on symptoms - I'm just on starflower oil now and trying to eat healthier - I hope you find something to help xx
