Sure hope Hurdity has packed her wellies. Torrential rain is forecast. Well it wouldn't be Glastonbury otherwise, would it?  ::)

Couldn't stand the smell of cooking along the street  :-\   :-X made me queasy.
Great place though, did walk the 199 steps up to and back down from the Abbey.  Views lovely from up top.  Everywhere seems to be built onto the back of something else and all the streets are twisty and steep  :o I have thigh and shin muslces I had long forgotten about  ;D
Apparently though we are not parked 'legally'  :-X - however ……...

Legally in the park CLKD, how exactly.

If they assign you a pitch then how does that work. Causes a lot of stress I would think. Will you have to move  :(

Not likely - been here since Thursday …….. but apparently, they don't 'allow' awnings like the one we have erected  ??? ….. even though when booking by telephone Himself told the owner of the site what we have and we both told her on arrival which type of awning we were going to put up  ::) ……. fortunately they are pretty relaxed here: so far  :-X

Apparnetly it's rain at Glasto - again  ::)
It blew a hooley in the night and our (illegally erected) awning flapped and kept us awake.  Once the rain had gone over the day turned out fine ………… [see 'what have you done' thread]

It only rained on Friday I think. Lots of sun since then. We will have to wait for Hurdity to give us all the news when she returns  ;D

Off to my organ course tomorrow, after playing for the morning service.  It won't be a holiday - far from it; we've got 5 hours of study on each of the 4 days.  But I'm expecting to learn loads and I'm looking forward to putting it into action the next time I play the organ at church (which won't be until early September, as our instrument is under wraps at the moment while works take place in the church, meaning there'll be loads of dust and that mustn't get into the pipes).

Then, near the end of this month, we've got a week booked in Ullapool, in a self-catering cottage.  My siblings are lined up to keep an eye on Dad while we're away.  I'm just looking forward to a r----e----s----t    :)
