do those wimmin's pee gadgets work?!! No foot floodage?! Rather alarming that am****on sells them with other frequently bought gadgets like 'emergency rain coat poncho'  ;D
I was given a disposable paper one once, looked like a paper hat - far too nervous to try it.

Yes they do! I always go behind a bush when out walking where there are bushes and not many people but at festivals bushes are in short supply and people are a plenty! England is more populated than Scotland generally. I always take mine to festivals and abroad if anywhere where there might be iffy loos! They work really well and it's incredibly liberating to use one and be able to pee standing up! The rows of shepee urinals are at Glastonbury

The ones you buy are much better than the disposable paper ones - they're made of a sort of rubbery stuff and siliconised so the liquid (!) runs off and they mould to your shape  :o. Mine's purple!

The rows of shepee urinals are at Glasonbury and wo(manned) by Wateraid volunteers - where I'm volunteering in 10 days time or so. Not on the shepees though - I'm on water kiosks:www.wateraid.org/uk/waterkiosks

Purple? Such a discreet colour  ;D  Sounds good though. Might invest in one for the public loos at the swimming pool!

We have been a couple of times, it is a very evocative place. There are memorials to many organisations and events plus a special place for remembrance of babies born 'asleep'. Several interesting exhibitions about the various wars, a lovely chapel and a real atmosphere of peace and reconciliation. Plenty of parking plus cafe and toilets. There are lots of places to sit and reflect with flowers and a sensory garden. The wall of remembrance to service people who have died is updated every year(several names are people we knew from DH time in the RAF, including the best man at our wedding) and the scuptures are amazing and very moving. It's certainly worth a visit if you are in the area.
