Well holiday was wonderful ! Beautiful villa with sunshine everyday . Bit of excitement with an earthquake ! Went up Trodos mountains one day and experienced a snow storm then back down to sunbath very bizarre ! Back to reality now not so good!

Glad you had a lovely break

We experienced tremors in Zante, I was on the balcony and my chair moved, thought OH was rearranging furniture inside ! But he was laying on a really heavy bed and thought it was next door, sounded like furniture being dragged along marble floor

A few miles away was my son and his friends, his friend was on a plastic chair on the balcony and the Tremor made his chair snap and he fell to the floor !

Hurdity how was your holiday ?

Fantastic thanks for asking dazned! Walked nearly 80 miles in 8 days -  some sunshine but not too hot, beautiful mountains, birds, flowers, great food and wine, lots of old ruins in the hills and almond trees, olives and cherry - these were in blossom.  Lovely old villages clustered on the hillsides and lots of clanging bells ( kept us awake a  bit!). Glad your was good too. Reality does hit quickly doesn't it but great to get away!  Back here to glorious sunshine  for a week so that was a bonus! We are away again at w/e....

We are going to West Sussex, on the South Coast.  We have never been to that part of the country before.

Nowhere very exciting! Driving up to Leics (miles away), camping at some godforsaken field and then driving to a stately home (in Leicesterhire) where there is a classic car show, parking up by the river and chilling out and then driving back to SW on Monday!
