We have skinny dipped before when they were little and used to have bedtimes much earlier than ours - no neighbours either!

There will be no skinny dipping this time as it's not so secluded and the teenagers are generally still awake when we go to bed  ::)

That said - an all-over tan can be visually slimming  ;D

PN - you can renew on line now. We did this for DD as hers runs out before we go on holiday. You just need to send the signed print-off and the passport - recommend doing Track and Trace. The current turn-around time is 3 weeks :)

Last time we needed passports renewing we used the Post Office passport service.

Having first identified the Post Offices that did this function, we got the forms and filled them in. Next, we then took them to the PO where they checked they were completed correctly, they also did the photos there and then.  The whole lot was given a reference number and sent to the Passport Office.

They quoted 3 weeks to us too, but we actually got them back in 2 weeks.
It was a really good service, the checking at the post office was thorough and helpful.

Thanks Galadriel and Limpy, very grateful.  I have printed the form off , just need to get photos now.
I do hope they send the old one back as it is something I would like to keep for sentimental reasons.
No trip to the passport office needed CLKD, thank goodness!

Also renewed the E111 health card, also online. I foolishly fell for a scam website last year and was charged.  I did get the money back after a long fight. Got the correct website this time and it is free.
