Hi I went without a patch for 12 hours now suffering anxiety and panic symptoms can this be related to the patch in a short space of time?

Does anyone have experience of this?

Some women can be extra sensitive to a dip in oestrogen but it's quite rare I think. I can leave my patches off for weeks before I notice any difference.

Put a new patch on and hopefully you will feel better really soon.

I think it depends how long you have been on them, have you just started them? Or been on them for several months?

I am on the evorel sequel ones, they do start working pretty quick so I guess if you've not been on them long and suddenly miss one I guess it too could leave you with less hormones than you have been starting to get used to.

I'm sure when you put your next one on they will start to make you feel better again quite soon.
