Maybe because it was FB. If you try & copy to your computer, then copy & paste. Heck, listen to me, do I know about technology? Absolutely not.  Though I have done it that way in the past, it doesn't always work.

oh yes  but I have had a worm in the laptop too before now!  My son is a computer chap and I just repeat what he tells me as I know nothing (to quote Manuel). Sorry I think I am delirious this morning - temperature and sleep deprivation

a worm is a type of computer virus sparkle. Its called a worm because it wriggles through your files and drives damaging them whether you click on things and open them or not. Little b*****s they are  .

Something similar wrecked my old tablet. They are nasty little things.

1 can get treatment for worms from the Vet.

That's ok - my Mum once asked me why you had to have a mouse to use a computer...we had a very surreal conversation as she was thinking of a furry critter with a long tail...
