I LOVE wrapping presents...never have enough to do.  I used to wrap for a friend who gave loads, but I live too far from her now   

Off to a Christmas craft fair today to get the final few presents - they usually have a brass band too, so may get the chance to sing some carols as well

I find Christmas difficult too and nowadays I am more disorganised and inefficient compared to years ago which adds to my anxiety.  However it will come, we will deal with it and it will pass and I will not spoil it for my children and grandchildren, I won't I promise

I love choosing appropriate cards but why do those I bought last year not seem suitable this  …….. I have this morning typed the letters that will go with cards …….. it's the having to visit others that bugs me, in case someone is ill, or angry, or the weather is bad but we are still expected to travel …….. those 4 years spent here were lovely

Seems I have loads as we are doing all little stocking filler type presents this year ,it sounded like a good idea at the time

It's the New Year which I find difficult. Have done since my mid teens. I seldom feel at ease, more maudlin. I always remember those who are no longer with us.
