Crikey I was in over-drive last night  :-\.  I managed not to take my morning AD and 20mg BB with resultant indigestion intermittently, I began to think that I was brewing a tummy upset  >:(.  Not, fortunately!

But my mind was busy in the night.  I was part-raised by an Aunt in my early years and she and her husband were in my dream a lot.  In the dream I was sorting through an attic space and kept finding boxes, which had photos of my aunt and uncle that I had never seen, I kept thinking that my cousins should see these B4 I put them into auction.  There were jewellery boxes too, quite pretty and obviously Victorian  :-\.  My parents appeared at one point and told me that they remembered each of the items as I un-packed them but couldn't tell me why they were in my attic ……….. I was knackered on waking  >:(

I'm fed up with my dreams at the moment. Woke up in the night with heart pounding as I was in the jungle with a Tiger prowling around, shortly followed by a hot flush and trip to the loo! Fortunately the pounding stopped with a few deep breaths! I just want sweet dreams and a decent sleep!

During various sport programmes I wonder how the athletes cope with anxiety.

In my dream I was asking top level sports men [no women] how they cope and was told that they didn't have any  :-\.  In my dream my anxiety levels were rising because surely they do have anxiety and when I woke I felt quite ill.  The dream was very busy ………. tiring.

All of my dreams are of things dying at the minute. Also lots of maggots and decay. I know it's because of various things going on in my life at the minute but it's still disconcerting how the mind works while you're asleep.

Thanks but it's fine. Lots of friends and support.  Hope your dreams calm down a bit!

I have had a dream with similar themes for years: trying to put things 'right' that happened years ago and which I know I could now tackle differently and better  :-\ .  The person I would like to talk about these issues died 10 years ago - hindsight and all that, I know that I could do the job far better.  I was so judgemental in those days, bl/white with no grey areas  :-[.  I've had this particular dream variation for 4 out of 5 nights recently.

Last night my husband left me  :-\ ……… he gave me the car, which I managed to keep damaging i.e. wing mirrors were bent back and scratched [I brushed past them in reality on Wed. with the dust bin].  We were in a town where we lived briefly years ago and I drove round looking for him.  He needed to go to the Dentist so I drove him there …… ……. then he disappeared again.  There were model planes flying over the town which became proper, large planes [been reading a lot about WWII] ……. so the parts of the dreams were logical in that my brain picked up things from the News/books but him leaving me?

I dreamt I was cleaning the greasiest cooker ever. Scraping off gunk. Before going to bed I'd defrosted freezer. No scraping involved. Not sure where that came from. Maybe because I knew I'd have to clean house today before heading on holiday tomorrow.

Where does it all get stored, to come back muddled up and senseless?  ::)

Goodness knows. Many of my dreams involve travel, mainly on foot & I invariably get lost trying to find my way back. Sure a dream therapist would have a field day with that one!  ;D

Last night my friend was giving me birthday gifts - it was her birthday recently  ::) but they were so inappropriate  ;D.  Large knickers in bright pink, black and grey.  A pair of teddy bears each in a back-pack, which could be carried like a hand-bag or popped into a larger back-pack …… to wear when we were out walking  :o and she seemed so pleased with her choices  ::)

CRIKEY! I've been busy  :-\ and woke feeling like 2 days sleep wouldn't go amiss!

Apparently when Himself got up for a bathroom visit at 5.30 I was muttering and singing, 'la, la, la de la'  ;D but I don't remember what that was about.  When my bladder began to shout I was dreaming about finding a loo.  I was either driving a large vehicle which meant lots of roads were inaccessible, or walking briskly; down lanes, through towns, into alleys which didn't lead anywhere.  I asked several people where a toilet might be but it was never there ….. when I did find one I sat down where I expected it to be but let go over the floor because the toilet was facing a different way …….. so then I was looking for kitchen roll to mop up the spills ………

I feel knackered  :(
