I think, for me anyway, the lack of concentration is down to poor and limited sleep! I get so jealous when my husband wakes up in the morning, stretching luxuriously and saying, 'That was a good night's sleep, I feel really refreshed'....what I wouldn't give!!  :-\

I've always had short term memory issues, forgetfulness etc., so I haven't missed what I never had! ;)

Since the meno mu memory is dreadful .  Notes notes and more notes .  But One thing did worry me today - I forgot how to turn the Hoover off.  Seriously.  I had to turn it off at the plug.  Now it's not that I never use the hoover ha ha - I am a bit of a clean freak but I couldn't remember.  That worried me :(
