Yes you can. One patch will last four days anyway so it doesn't matter.
Really would like to know how you lost it, mine stick like the proverbial to a blanket

Hi Karin

Sounds like your doing pretty ok at the moment though on just the starflower now you have got over the emotional time when coming off, hope the situation with your hair improves now x

Hi Karenja, you sent me a PM but I can't get to log in to answer as my phone doesn't seem to want to play. I have been on the evorel sequi since the new year. I am a lot better, not perfect but I am taking it slowly & if I do change HRT it will be after I have given them a big try. This time last year was deadful BUT I was in a very bad place so had a long way to improve. I am also on Lustral (AD) which has also helped. I am right down on the benzos now that where given to help with the Lustral side effects & I just have them for emergency use now. I must get my journal out to remind myself what I was like. I think it can be a combination of things that help, as well as time & acceptance too. I used to dwell on every little side effect of the meds or the meno but I try to let it wash over me now. I'm so busy with my work since I have felt better I have taken on a lot & that helps hugely. I had to give up for a few months last year but starting back really helped my confidence. B x

Hi Bev good to hear your getting on ok with evorel, I thought I was kind of coping apart from anxiety still rearing its ugly head but last few days progesterone has played havoc, im hoping for better luck on femseven everything crossed, im not on an ad's, be nice not to be on anything but cant see that happening yet  :sigh:x
